Spring Back - This in NOT an April Fool - but may be a joke played on you by your gadgets

April 1 is not only April Fool's day (and my friend David Hancock's birthday by the way - Happy Birthday David) but is also this year the day your systems that might not have been updated to the new Daylight Saving Time schedule will gain an(other) hour based on their old-reliable but now broken understanding of when DST begins.

So make sure you watch out for this - it could cause you to be out of sync with the rest of the world.

Finally my Palm V will stop ringing my 9:30 alarm (to stop reading e-mail and actually get some work done) at 10:30 PDT. I don't use it for much at this time so have not bothered to even find out if there is a patch for it.
Just to let you know that the Animated Cursor problem I told you about yesterday has driven the Internet Storm Center to move to Yellow status from Green. This is NOT a joke. Keep your eyes peeled and don't, under any circumstances, open or download anything that purports to be an animated cursor. Keep your anti-virus up to date as they companies are finally getting on the band-wagon on this one.
